*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upThis fresh white wine was made from 60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Viognier grapes harvested from the Vaucluse and Gard “departments” of France. After a light skin maceration, the grapes were pressed and placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Fermentation was carried out at low temperature to preserve as much fruit as possible. Ageing also took place in vats, on the fines lees, with no malolactic fermentation taking place, in order to preserve the crisp, crunchy character of this easy-drinking wine.
