And that is how I met Laurent Saillard. When Catherine and Didier of Clos Roche Blanche retired in 2015, Laurent Saillard was offered to purchase half of the Clos Roche Blanche vineyard. This white wine is made from majority Sauvignon Blanc with a complimentary percentage of Ugni Blanc. It's intensely aromatic with notes of citrus, fresh cut grass, and crunchy green bell pepper.
