La Venenosa’s Sierra Occidental comes from Jalisco’s western mountains and is made with Maximiliana agave. Its fruit-forward character offers a different perspective on Mexican agave spirits. A raicilla worth getting to know on its own, rather than treating it as another name for tequila or mezcal.
