Justine’s family has been making wine in Alsace since 1640, and Francois was born in Avize and his family has been making wine there for 3 generations.
The Champagne La Rogerie Héroïne is made from 100% Chardonnay harvested from vines in the Grand Cru village of Avize. Made in small quantities (only 7000 bottles!), this wine was aged and impressive 84+ months on the lees.
