Formerly Moulins de la Palenne, Domaine de la Paleine is a 38-hectare biodynamic estate in Anjou led by Jean-Louis Bernet. Focused on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, the domaine produces terroir-driven Saumur wines with minimal intervention, earning Demeter certification in 2017.
This sparkling wine is made from Chenin Blanc.
