A beautiful sparkling wine made from Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, crafted with the same care and patience as Champagne. Part of the blend comes from a reserve wine drawn from a solera system that’s been running since 2010, adding extra depth and character. After 24 months aging on the lees, the wine shows lovely notes of fresh-baked bread and white flowers.
