La Majadera is made from 100% wild cenizo agave, harvested near the vinata by fifth-generation maestro mezcalero Arturo Conde Guerrero. The agave is slow-cooked for three days in traditional underground ovens fueled by mesquite and oak, then naturally fermented with wild yeasts before being double-distilled in alembic pot stills to refine and concentrate flavour.
