By enabling 100% traditional distillation methods, the finished product is an homage to their forefathers. Along with the use of sustainable farming practises, Koch el Mezcal is able to harvest wild agave while keeping land preservation in their clear vision.
This Mezcal is bright and clear in appearance, with notes of heavy dark fruits and subtle smoke.
