Kavalan Blended Gin

From Taiwan’s first whisky distillery, comes the country’s first take on a gin. Made with local botanical ingredients to honour the expressions of the county of Yilan. Triple distilled in German copper stills to provide an elevation of character and softness, this gin has paired the traditional properties of gin with starfruit, guava, and kumquat peel. Drawing on the enticing nature of the freshness of the fruits used in the spirit, this gin lays at the lower end of the spectrum as far as average ABV is concerned at 40%. The distillery has done this purposefully, to make an exceptionally elegant and refreshing gin. Trust us, this one is killer.
