Jura whiskys are becoming some of the most popular and renowned in the world and it is not for no reason. The tiny island community has mastered their craft and take pride in the artistry of their work. As the name would suggest, this scotch is aged in seven types of wooden barrels; American oak and six types of French oak (Limousin, Tronçais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles, and Les Bertranges). The Seven Wood scotch is a labour of their love and you can taste that among the notes of lemon, apricot, baked peaches with a smoky vanilla finish.
