Hitachino Nest’s White Ale brings a Belgian-inspired style to Japan’s Ibaraki prefecture. This is the owl-labelled brewery’s spiced white beer, a different direction from its lagers and stout. A small glass bottle that’s worth pouring into a proper glass.
