*Pick up orders are available next day for pick up"This is the very first batch that we acquired at the beginning of our journey into the whisky business. The bond year of this batch is 2000 and continues to finish in Cognac barrels. It’s pretty great, but the brandy finished stuff was ready ahead of time. So we’re letting this batch sit bit longer and now it’s ready for a partial release.
Tasting Notes: Aromatic dried fruit, floral notes, roasted chestnuts, vanilla. Warm, velvety mouth feel with a luxuriously smooth and lingering finish. An 18 year trial sample was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (but we felt it still wasn’t ready)" - Great Plains Craft Spirits
