*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upMade with four white grape varieties from Yamagata Prefecture, the wine undergoes approximately one week of skin fermentation in various containers such as resin tanks and amphorae. Unfined, unfiltered, and no antioxidants or other additives are used.
The appearance has a bright golden hue due to the macerato process (maceration of the skins and seeds). The aroma is based on fresh fruit, but also incorporates nuances of herbs and spices derived from the winemaking process. The taste has citrus nuances reminiscent of hassaku oranges, and is refreshing to drink. It also incorporates the acidity and bitterness from the skins and seeds, and has a dry finish.
