*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upClaudio Fenocchio is a master at crafting classic Barolos that beautifully express their pedigree. He is the 5th generation of his family to manage this estate that was founded in 1864. Up until 1964, most of the wineries production was sold locally to a co-op. It was Giacomo Fenocchio who elevated the winery to the next level, purchasing prime parcels of vines. Following his father’s passing in 1989, Claudio continued producing the wines in the classic style: long macerations and aging in large casks.
The Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo is made from organic grown Nebbiolo from Monforte d’Alba. Vinified for 40 days with natural yeasts, it was aged 30 months in large capacity Slavonian oak casks (25-35 hl).
