Jean-François Ganevat works from Rotalier, a small village in the southern Jura. Julien en Billat belongs to the individual, small-production reds that have made his cellar such a draw for Jura drinkers. The cuvée is part of a deeply personal body of work rooted in the Jura and its growers.
