Champs Poids is a Chardonnay from Anne and Jean-François Ganevat in France’s Jura region. The cuvée comes from limestone soils near Arbois and reflects the Ganevats’ focus on individual sites. A white with ripe fruit, a rounded texture and a fresh, chalky counterpoint.
