Join Beer Dork Chris for an offbeat evening exploring wild fermented and barrel-aged beers! They're opening their cellar for one night only and bringing some exclusive aged beers to give you a taste of the magic of time and beer! Taste through 6 unique pours—from tart lambics to funky Brett saisons—paired with artisan cheese and charcuterie. Try some seriously unforgettable beers, sniff some funk, and learn the magic behind spontaneous fermentation and how age impacts the quality of beer. Expect surprises, weirdness, and serious flavour. Come curious, leave a little wild!
*Please note this tasting will take place at our Victoria Park location at 1310 - 1st Street SW. The tasting will include a selection of cheese and charcuterie from our friends at Peasant Cheese. Due to the high demand and limited space for our tastings, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest if you cannot join us, but we do not offer refunds for our tastings.
