Imada Shuzo brewery was founded in 1868 and is located in the Hiroshima prefecture. Miho Imada represents a highly unusual combination where the brewery owner is also the Toji. Furthermore, Miho is one of the few female Tojis in Japan, which is extremely rare. Adding to Fukucho’s uniqueness, water in this region is very soft in comparison to most sake-brewing regions, which is a major contributor to the rich taste and floral aromatics of Miho’s sake.
