Founded by the Frèrejean-Taittinger brothers (Rodolphe and Guillaume), descendants of a long line of Champagne artisans, the house blends tradition with a modern spirit to create exceptional, slow-aged champagnes that express both elegance and authenticity.
The Vieilles Vignes 1926 is born of pure Chardonnay, drawn from a single, storied vineyard where century-old vines cling to the chalky soils of Cramant’s Grand Cru slopes. Aged for a year in oak, the vin clair gathers quiet strength before resting eight long years in the cellar.
This rare cuvée evokes Puligny, marrying Champagne’s spirit with Burgundy’s depth. Silky and graceful, it offers notes of almond, pastry, vanilla, and wood spice, carried by fine, lingering bubbles.
