*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upSince 1991, the Domaine has developed vines on 20 ha of sloping and fallow land belonging to the Sancerre appellation as well as 3 ha in Menetou-Salon. Planted on 35 plots, the vines are present on the three great Sancerrois terroirs and exclusively on hillsides facing south and southeast. The land is representative of the typicity and diversity of the Sancerre region and is distributed on 10% Flint, 50% Caillottes and 40% on the white soil, which allows great blending complexity and elegant subtlety.
The wines are exclusively made from Sauvignon for whites and Pinot noir for Reds and Rosés. Bottling is done at the estate from May following the harvest for the whites and from August for the reds.
