The winery works with uncommon grape varieties, and their bottle labels stand in stark juxtaposition to those of more traditional producers. The winemaking facility itself is located on the site of a former distillery that was built during the 1930’s. Grapes are sourced from vineyards in Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Eden Valley and the Barossa Valley.
