The grapes grow together in a small, south-facing vineyard called Les Fours in Montgenost, in the Côte de Sézanne, where sandy-clay soils over chalk help balance ripe fruit with vibrant acidity and mineral freshness. A distinctive tribute to Champagne’s historic grape varieties.
