Eau Claire’s Batch 008 single malt comes from the distillery’s Turner Valley home in Alberta. The distillery grows and harvests barley for its whiskies, connecting the spirit to the surrounding prairie farmland. Batch 008 brings together sweet malt, vanilla and dried fruit, with toasted coconut and walnut on the finish.
