*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upLocated in Matheny and spanning 6 hectares of vineyards, Domaine de Saint-Pierre is managed by celebrated winemaker Fabrice Dodane. The owner of the estate since 2011, Dodane was trained in Beaune and spent a handful of years working for a co-operative in Pupillin. Under his tenure Domaine de Saint-Pierre has risen to be counted amongst the finest wine estates in France. His holdings located across the Arbois and Côtes de Jura AOCs are farmed entirely organically. In the cellar he pushes the boundaries while retaining a firm adherence to his terroir.
The Château-Renard cuvée is made from Chardonnay harvested from vines planted on grey marl with tiny limestone rock soil located in Vadant in Arbois. The wine is made in the ouillé (topped-off) style showing the freshness that Chardonnay can express in Jura.
