*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upCreated in 1942 by Désiré Rolet, Domaine Rolet is an emblematic producer of Jura wines. Under the direction of Désiré’s children, Eliane, Bernard, Guy and Pierre; the estate acquired vineyards in four Jura appellations - Arbois, Château-Chalon, Côtes du Jura and Etoile. Since 2018 the winery has been managed by Cédric Ducoté. The 65 hectares of vineyards are planted to Chardonnay and Savagnin for white wines; Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir for the red wines. Domaine Rolet’s entire production is made exclusively from hand harvested, estate grown grapes.
The Domaine Rolet Crémant du Jura is made from a blend of 57% Chardonnay, 16% Savagnin, 16% Poulsard, and 11% Pinot Noir harvested from 20 year old vines. The wine was aged on the lees for 24 months.
