Under the direction of Désiré’s children, Eliane, Bernard, Guy and Pierre; the estate acquired vineyards in four Jura appellations - Arbois, Château-Chalon, Côtes du Jura and Etoile. Since 2018 the winery has been managed by Cédric Ducoté. The 65 hectares of vineyards are planted to Chardonnay and Savagnin for white wines; Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir for the red wines. Domaine Rolet’s entire production is made exclusively from hand harvested, estate grown grapes.
