Domaine Les Bruyères is located in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, in the Rhône Valley. Managed by David Reynaud since 2000, the estate produces certified organic and biodynamic wines. The estate extends over 27 hectares of vines, on a terroir made up of clay-limestone and pebble terraces.

Beaumont is made from Syrah harvested on clay-limestone terraces in the town of Beaumont-Monteux. The grapes are harvested manually with a manual sorting on the vines then on a sorting table. The grapes are entirely destemmed and vatted then devatted by gravity. The vinification is traditional and takes place in raw concrete vats. The vatting lasts 2 to 3 weeks with pumping over and lees stirring before pressing. The wine is then aged in concrete vats.
