*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upDomaine du Salvard has been owned by the Delaille family for 5 generations. The estate was founded in 1898 south of Blois in the town of Fougères sur Bièvre. Today the winery’s 42 hectares of vineyards are tended by Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille.
The Cheverny Rouge is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Côt harvested from 21 year old vines. Destemmed and macerated for 6 days, this light bodied red wine has delicate notes of ripe strawberries, fresh red cherries, and a touch of spice. Best served with a slight chill.
