*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upDomaine des Carlines, established by Patrick and Sophie Ligeron in late 2015, is located in the small village of Menétru-le-Vignoble, part of the Château-Chalon, Grand Cru dei Vin Jaune appellation, in one of its finest sections, distributed over the villages of Château-Chalon, Menétru-le-Vignoble, and Domblans. An additional six hectares were purchased in 2018, bringing the domaine to a total of 11 hectares, representing a full 10% of the Château-Chalon appellation.
Packed with warm notes of ripe white fruits and spice, La Vouivre is made from a cuvee of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin.
