A playful Gamay from a celebrated Jura winemaker! Fabrice Dodane of Domaine de Saint Pierre has about 6 hectares of vines in Arbois and the Côtes du Jura appellations. Certified organic since 2012, he ferments with native yeasts and does not fine or filter any of the wines. Part of the négoce range that was created after a tumultuous vintage, Le Dos d'Chat is the friendly entry point to Fabrice's wines.
