Chaupin is Domaine de la Janasse’s Grenache-based Châteauneuf-du-Pape from France’s southern Rhône Valley. Grown on cooler sandy sites, it reflects the family estate’s focus on individual vineyard parcels. Red and black fruit combine with aromatic finesse and supple, silky tannins.
