Jeanne Piollot and her partner Gennaro de Niccoli use the organic farming know-how they learned working at Jeanne's family domaine in Champagne combined with a passion for natural wines they developed tasting with a new generation of winemakers across France to craft these exceptional sparkling wines.
This Cremant de Bourgogne is made from 100% Pinot Noir farmed biodynamically and vinified using indigenous yeasts. It spent 24 months on the lees and as it has a low dosage, is more on the drier side helping to keep it light and fresh with subtle red fruit hints.
