*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upDog Point Vineyard represents the peak expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is produced from grapes hand harvested from low-yielding vines spread across 8 parcels within the Wairau Valley. Sorted both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the grapes were whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged for 2-3 months in tanks, bottled without fining, and aged further in bottle.
