Created by Claudio Barbi in 1978 as a tribute to his Brescia roots, this wine was initially crafted with Procanico and Verdello grapes. Over the years, it has evolved into something even more special, utilizing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and extending the lees aging period to nearly 4 years. The entire production process is artisanal: riddling and disgorgement are still carried out manually, with care and passion.
