We destem the grapes to stainless steel and ferment on native yeasts for twelve days. The wine ages for twelve months in a small percentage of new French oak barrels, the rest neutral oak. Enjoyable now, best between 2025-2027. This wine is bottled by hand at the winery, sustainably farmed (organic non-certified), and produced Carbon Neutral with carbon offset credits purchased through CoolEffect.org." - Sean Walker McBride
