Medium plus coral pink in the glass, the ‘Piasa’ is made from 100% Croatina, also known as Bondarda. Its striking color comes from gentle pressing before fermentation, followed by six months of lees aging in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Fresh, fruity, and floral, the wine shows inviting notes of wild strawberry, pink raspberry, and violet. While delightful on its own, the ‘Piasa’ has enough character and structure to pair beautifully with charcuterie and lightly grilled meats.
