"This is a one-of-a-kind artisinal cocktail collaboration made from an unreleased Establishment brewing beer! We distilled the beer into a single malt spirit and aged it for 18 months in a Merlot barrel. The Merlot barrel infused oak tannins and a strong fruity aroma creating a perfect spirit to create a Black Manhattan cocktail.
The Black Manhattan is a classic whisky cocktail which we've gently modified to match our aged single malt spirit. The flavours are enhanced with not 1 but 3 types of bitters: spiced cherry, black walnut and Angostura.
