The Andre Clouet Grande Réserve Brut is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Containing 50% reserve wine, it was aged 4 years Sur Latte and giving a balanced dosage of 6 g/l. This is a classic multi-vintage cuvee that speaks to the incredible vineyards held by Jean-François Clouet. Medium bodied with persistent bubbles, it shows lush notes of baked apple, shortbread, lemon meringue, and hazelnut.
