The estate covers 8 hectares across the Touraine and Touraine-Chenonceaux appellations and has been organically certified since 2007, with some vines now over 80 years old. Clay-limestone soils shot through with flint, along with a temperate climate, give the Sauvignon Blanc a really clear, expressive character.
Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, the wine spends three weeks on the skins, resulting in a deep, tangerine-tinged colour. Expect notes of sea buckthorn and passionfruit, with subtle hints of grassy spice on the finish.
