A blend of 52% Cinsault, 33% Carignan, 8% Syrah, 4% Pais and 3% Malbec from this power-group that includes four of Chile's most iconic wine figures who happen to be friends. Clos des Fous is considered one of the most promising projects in Chile, dedicated to showcasing lesser known regions and finding amazing old vineyards. This is indeed crushable, with bright red fruit, exotic fruit and a little bit of funk. The great label doesn't hurt either! The perfect wine to stump your friends at your next dinner party.
