 Trebbiano with a small amount of Malvasia and Ansonica. Fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in amphorae where the wine remains in contact with its skins, grape seeds and indigenous yeasts for about 3 months.

The wine is complex and very fine, fruity, with an elegant floral background, hints of dried fruits, marzipan and citrus fruits, set against a fresh and lively mineral note.
