Chateau Trinquevedel Tavel Rose
The name Trinquevedel comes from the old Provençal tongue for tranca (cut) and vedel (calf). Otherwise put, it's vealy, vealy good.
"Consistently one of the most elegant Tavel bottlings available... this perfumed rosé balances rich red-cherry and raspberry flavors against a spray of blossoms and sprightly tangerine acidity. Full bodied but thirst quenching, the wine is built solidly enough to drink well as a year-round rosé through at least 2023.." - Wine Enthusiast
