Chateau Laballe Bas Armagnac Resistance

Made from 100% Baco grapes, this unique bottling consists of three Armagnacs aged a minimum of six years. The eaux-de-vie spend their first year after distillation in new 410-litre Chêne Noir Gascon barrels. The rest of the maturation takes place in older barrels, in order to envelope woody flavours and develop savoury notes. The nose is intense, fresh and complex, developing aromas of apple, granite and citrus. In the mouth it’s round and spicy, finishing with good length and a hint of liquorice.
