This orange wine is made with Sauvignon Gris coming from the Côteaux de Gendron. The grapes macerate on the skins for six months in diamond-shaped tanks.
Boir Pour Voir shows aromas of rose petal, citrus, and orange zest with aniseed notes on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and round, with a slight bitterness that creates a good length and texture. It has hints of white peach and citrus on the palate.
