Charles Dufour, a young grower and winemaker from Champagne, farms 6ha in the Côtes des Bars. With a long tradition of winemaking woven through his family’s history, Dufour made his own impact by converting to organic farming in 2013. This grower-winemaker has achieved regard in Champagne and around the globe, being compared to top houses and becoming a favourite of restaurateurs.
