Olivier Marteaux makes grower Champagne in Azy-sur-Marne, in the Marne Valley. Réserve Brut combines Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with reserve wines adding continuity between releases. Fresh citrus and peach flavours meet subtle buttery and spicy notes, with a rounded texture balanced by lively acidity.
