Agrapart Avize Atoma is a premier multi vintage Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs crafted by Fabrice Agrapart, marking his highly personal debut release under his own label, separate from the historic Agrapart et Fils estate in the Côte des Blancs. The cuvée is made using a perpetual reserve that began in 2020, capturing the house's "DNA" or "atoms" across multiple vintages. It is produced from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay sourced from Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry, and Le Mesnil sur Oger.
