Calgary’s Bridgeland Distillery makes BadaBing from California Moscato grapes, using a copper pot still and two distillations to keep the grape’s aromatic personality. White peach, apricot and floral notes lead into a citrus-edged finish. It is a characterful grape-based vodka, equally at home over ice or in a simple cocktail.
