*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upBodegas Saura was created by the Saura family in 2015 with an aim to restore neglected terraced vineyards in the Sierra de las Cabras mountains. The estate, which lies in the Bullas DOP in southern Murcia, is spread across 500 hectares of rocky and arid landscape. In this land of scorching temperatures, 15 hectares of vines are subjected to constant stress, producing grapes with exceptional concentration. The traditional practice of cultivating head-trained bush vines at higher elevation (between 600 and 1200 meters), mitigates the more extreme aspects of the Mediterranean climate, ensuring that while the fruit may be ripe, it also has balanced acidity.
This robust and full-flavoured wine is made from a blend of Monastrell and Garnacha.
