Bodegas Renacer "Milamore" Red

This wine’s been dialed up to 11! Composed of 45% Malbec, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Bonarda and 5% Cabernet Franc; the Milamore was made using the appassimento method. An Argentine take on Italy’s Amarone, the grapes were partially dried before vinification, concentrating the sugars. Fermented to dryness, the resulting wine’s full bodied and loaded with moreish flavors of plum compote, black cherry jam, raisin, vanilla and baking spice. A bold creation from winemaker Alberto Antonini, the Milamore is pure drinking pleasure.
