*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upJuicy and appealing, the ‘Chaval’ Tinto finds that nice middle ground between too little and too much. Purplish red in appearance, the fruity nose is packed with aromas of blackberry liqueur, loganberry and huckleberry. Medium bodied on the palate, ripe blackfruit flavors are dusted with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The tannic structure is prominent but not overbearing. Things wrap up with a round and fruity finish. It’s a dynamite match for a Uruguayan style Chivito (steak and egg) sandwich.
